All watches include a 3 month warranty that guarantees your timepiece will be free of defects in workmanship. If you discover a defect in workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair your watch without charge to you, subject to the following conditions:

 

!:The damage or malfunction is the result, in our sole opinion, of a defect in materials or workmanship and not the result of 

accident or negligence.

2:Your warranty card included with your watch at time of purchase is submitted with the watch for a warranty claim.

3:Your watch malfunction is not the result of water intrusion. Our watches are rated for accidental light splashing (1ATM) are

not designed for exposure to water.

If you need to return or exchange your watch, we're here to help. For an unworn and undamaged product, you can exchange the watch or receive a full refund based on your original payment method. Please ensure that you return the watch in the same condition, with all accessories.

Kindly note that the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Our watch experts will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days on your original payment method. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that personalized or engraved items, as well as worn or damaged watches, cannot be returned. Additionally, missing items or signs of wear or damage may result in a restocking fee or inability to accept the return.
